4.1 License: Subject to these Terms, Calledit Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

4.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Post, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s security, integrity, or performance.

5. Content

5.1 User-Generated Content: You may submit or share content through the App, including comments, play-calls, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant Calledit Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App.

5.2 Content Restrictions: You agree not to post, transmit, or share User Content that:

  • Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Updates and Changes

Calledit Games reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to regularly check for updates and changes.

8. Termination

9.2 Limitation of Liability: Calledit Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App, (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, (c) any errors or omissions in the App, or (d) any other matter related to the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA.
