This includes but is not limited to virtual currency, power-ups, and other digital items. We encourage users to make in-app purchases carefully.

Subscription Plans: Subscription plans, including monthly and annual memberships, may be eligible for a refund if the request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided the subscription has not been substantially used. If you have used the subscription extensively, we may consider prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis. Subscription plans purchased through an app store will follow the rules and refund policies of the respective App store through which you completed your purchase.
  3. Online Store Purchases: If you have made a purchase of physical merchandise from our online store (such as apparel or accessories), please review the following guidelines for returns:

    • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@calleditgames.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
